Wow, never heard of that at all. Looks like they've very much stuck to the look and concept of the original show, but without speaking German I can't tell if it's actually very good. I'd be surprised if they made it without permission, perhaps it's just not very good?
I can barely speak German - I once ordered a meal in a Viennese restaurant in Goethe's language, but that was it. But I found a German-language review here, and did a Google-Translate of the last paragraph:
